These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC ("Bridgepoint," "we," "us," "our," and related variations). By accessing any part of this Site or by using the Services (described below), you are bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal terms set forth on the Site (collectively, "Terms"). Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC helps qualified small business owners identify and connect with business funding and financing solutions through our advisory services and network of approved funding partners. Bridgepoint is not a lender or finance provider and does not underwrite, approve, fund, or collect on loans or other financial solutions. We serve as advisors and connectors.
As with any legal obligation, you are urged to read and understand these Terms and any other legal documents presented to you through the Service.
The words "include," "includes," and "including" are to be read as if followed by the phrase "without limitation."
Age Requirement: The Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older in the United States.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes means you accept and agree to the changes. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest version. Please check these Terms periodically for changes.
Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC provides business funding advisory and consulting services, including operational efficiency consulting, business systems readiness assessment, strategic business planning, AI integration and automation guidance, and connections to our network of funding partners and lenders.
We are not licensed financial advisors, attorneys, or accountants. Our services are educational and advisory in nature. Any business decisions you make based on our consulting are your sole responsibility. You should consult licensed professionals for specific legal, tax, or financial advice.
We may, from time to time, provide referrals or introductions to third-party service providers, lenders, or funding partners as part of our advisory engagement. These introductions are informational only. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the services, terms, rates, or outcomes offered by any third-party provider. Any agreement you enter into with a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider.
We may update or modify service offerings from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, specific funding amounts, or compatibility with any particular third-party service. Results vary based on individual circumstances, business readiness, creditworthiness, and implementation effort.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for, and assume all liability regarding: (i) information and content you provide through your use of the Site and any Services; (ii) your interaction with any third-parties, including any lenders or finance providers you are connected to; and (iii) your decision to accept any loan, funding product, or financial service provided by a third party.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the information you provide, and all such information will comply with these Terms. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any information you submit, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of information provided by you or any other user.
You assume all risk when using the Service and with any interactions with third-parties, including any lenders or funding partners you are connected to. Furthermore, Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC may not connect every user with a lender or funding partner, and does not guarantee its ability to help you obtain any specific lending or financial service.
You agree to provide accurate, true, current, and complete information, and only information that belongs to you. If your information becomes outdated or changes, it is your obligation to update such information. YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE OR SERVICES ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON OR BUSINESS, INCLUDING THE USE OF FICTITIOUS NAMES OR FALSE IDENTITIES, WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.

By submitting an application or inquiry through our Site or Services, each business and business owner/officer (individually and collectively, the "Applicant") certifies that Applicant is authorized to submit such application on behalf of the named business. Applicant certifies that all information and documents submitted are true, correct, and complete and may be relied upon by Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC.
Applicant consents to receiving emails, SMS messages, telemarketing calls, and messages — including calls using an automatic telephone dialing system — from Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC and those acting on its behalf at the telephone number provided in the application (including cellular phone numbers). Applicant agrees that this consent applies even if the number provided is currently on any state, federal, or corporate Do-Not-Call registry. Applicant understands they are not required to provide this consent as a condition of receiving any services from Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC.
Applicant authorizes Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC to share this application and supporting documents with its representatives, funding partners, successors, assigns, and designees ("Recipients") for purposes of identifying potential funding solutions. Applicant further authorizes Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC and all Recipients to obtain consumer or personal, business, and investigative reports and other information about Applicant — including credit histories — from consumer reporting agencies (such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax), banks, creditors, and other third parties.
FCRA Consent: Pursuant to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, Applicant hereby authorizes Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC and its designated agents to conduct a review of Applicant's background through consumer reports as necessary to evaluate eligibility for funding advisory services. Applicant authorizes the complete release of records pertaining to Applicant from any individual, company, or public agency that may have such information.
Applicant also consents to the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to Applicant to Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC and to each of the Recipients. Furthermore, Applicant waives and releases any claims against Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC, all Recipients, and any information providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving, or release of information obtained in connection with this application. This authorization shall be valid for one hundred twenty (120) days unless revoked in writing by Applicant.
Applicant shall immediately notify Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC of any material change in financial condition.
By providing information in any form to us via the Site or Service, you represent that you have the right to provide such information and you automatically grant to us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such information, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing — solely for purposes of operating, improving, and promoting our services.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Your misuse of such content may violate trade dress, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Fees for consulting services are outlined in your individual consulting agreement or order form. All fees are due as specified and are non-refundable except as described below.
Exception: If services are not delivered as described in your consulting agreement, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service delivery to optout@bridgepointbusinesscollective.com.
By providing your phone number and checking the appropriate consent box(es) on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC may send you SMS/text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, service updates, assessment results, educational content, and promotional offers (with your separate consent).
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We work hard to keep your information safe from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In particular:
You acknowledge and agree that Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC may disclose information you provide if required to do so by law, at the request of a third-party, or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to: (i) comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process; or (ii) protect or defend Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC's, or a third-party's, rights or property.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC may anonymously use information from you and your use of the Services to continue research into successful business practices and to improve the Services.

Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.
We provide these links to you as a convenience; such links do not imply that Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content of such third-party sites. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers or third-parties found on or through the Site or Services are solely between you and such advertiser or third-party.

You acknowledge and agree that we may use your email address to send you messages notifying you of important changes to the Services, and to provide reminders or other offers we believe may be of interest to you. If you provide a mobile number, you agree we may contact you by telephone — including the use of robocalls, automatic dialer calls, and SMS/text messages — to communicate with you regarding the Services and to share other offers we believe may be of interest to you.

These Terms shall be treated as though they were executed and performed in the State of Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, any dispute shall be resolved in binding arbitration under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association in Texas under the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC.
These Terms are effective upon your use of the Site or Services and will remain in effect unless terminated. Either you or Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC may terminate your account for any reason, without explanation, effective upon written notice to the other party.
Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice or explanation, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We also may delete your account information or data from our Services at our sole discretion.
Terminating your account does not apply to or have any effect on any agreements between you and any third-party, including any lenders or other financial service providers you are connected with via our Service.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, these Terms will survive termination of your registration to the Service.
ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE IN ANY FORUM WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. NEITHER YOU NOR BRIDGEPOINT BUSINESS COLLECTIVE LLC WILL SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR IN ANY OTHER PROCEEDING IN WHICH EITHER PARTY ACTS OR PROPOSES TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. NO ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING WILL BE COMBINED WITH ANOTHER WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF ALL PARTIES TO ALL AFFECTED ARBITRATIONS OR PROCEEDINGS.
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect. The failure of Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms constitutes no waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific terms or order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC with respect to your use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements.
